2. Information we collect

When you place an order: your name, email, phone number, the contents of your order and, for delivery, your address.

If you create an account (optional): your email, a password (encrypted), your saved addresses, your order history and your loyalty points.

We collect no online payment information: payment is made at the restaurant or upon delivery.

3. Why we use it

Solely to process, confirm and prepare your order, to reach you about it (including through an automated confirmation call to the number provided) and to administer the loyalty program if you have an account.

We never sell or rent your information. It is only shared with the systems required to prepare your order (the restaurant’s point-of-sale system, confirmation emails).

4. Cookies

This site only uses cookies and local storage strictly necessary for its operation: your cart, your display language and the session of authorized staff.

No advertising, analytics or third-party cookies are used. No profiling or geolocation technology is employed. This is why no consent banner is required.

5. Retention and hosting

Your information is hosted in Canada (servers located in Quebec).

It is kept as long as necessary for the purposes described above and for applicable legal obligations (e.g. tax obligations), then deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

You may request access to your personal information, its rectification or deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details in section 1.
